Niniches are a type of lollipop – a Quiberon speciality that’s renowned and referenced as part of French culinary heritage.
Quiberon’s genuine gourmet institution
Created in 1946 in Quiberon, the Niniche is an artisanal cylindrical lollipop, awarded Best Candy in France and part of French culinary heritage. Initially a caramel speciality, it is now available in more than fifty flavours, but always made the same way.
